I read the info on the benefits of each Superfood Powder. I picked the ones that I thought would be most beneficial to me. I mix 1 Tablespoon with 8 ozs of Nut Milk, handful of spinach or kale, 1/2 frozen banana, pinch Vanilla powder, blend in Vitamix. It tastes good and starts my day off healthy. I picked Acai, Chorella, Goji, Graviola, Hemp Protein, Lucuma, Matcha Ceremonial, Maca Extreme, Maqui, Spirulina. I am reordering.

My Dad and I have recently begun taking the product. We know results don't come fast. However, we're hoping to see changes in our health in a few weeks. I created a special blend of superfood powders. The taste is great. Not too bitter. Not too sweet.
