Recipe: Raw Vegan S'mores Made with SUPERFOODS

Raw, vegan s'mores? Yes, please! We love roasting s'mores, but we're not a fan of the artificial ingredients. That's why we came up with our own healthy take on our fave summer sweet treat!

For the "crackers:" 

Blend in food processor: 

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup buckwheat 
  • 1 cup dry dates (soaked)
  • 1 tbsp coconut nectar
  • ½ tsp nutmeg. 

Mix until clumpy. Form and let air dry. 

For the "marshmallows:" 

Blend the following:

  • 1 cup cashews (soaked)
  • 1 cup melted coco oil
  • 1 cup coconut nectar
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder

Scoop onto cracker with a piece of raw chocolate and it'll bring you back to childhood campfires in no time!
