During peak season the Jackfruit tree can bear as many as 250 large fruits and is considered the largest tree borne fruit in the world. About 100g of edible jackfruit bulbs provide 95 calories, which replenishes energy and revitalizes the body instantly. Jackfruit is rich in dietary fiber.
