We Love You So Matcha: Health Benefits of Matcha Green Tea

We love you so matcha! Today you'll hear from our co-founder Bruce to learn about why we're so head over heels for matcha green tea. Did you know matcha is packed with nutrients like chlorophyll or "plant blood?" You can enjoy matcha in your smoothies, smoothie bowls, tea, or as a hot or iced latte. 

For an iced Matcha Latte, simply whisk the matcha with a little water to create a paste, then add your favorite non-dairy milk (like coconut or almond). Feel free to add a little agave or coconut sugar for sweetness. Shake, shake, shake and then pour over ice. Enjoy!
